VDarts Warranty Terms and Conditions

The product has been examined by VDARTS staff, if the product cannot be used normally due to the design flaws, raw material defects, damages during assembly process, and other not man-made damages, customer will have the warranty of free maintenance and replacement service for 6 months starting from the date of purchase. The customer needs to pay for the freight to return to your dealer.

  1. VDarts Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing.
  2. The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical specifications or any other similar documents supplied with the equipment, and the failure is due to internal device characteristics.
  3. The Warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.
  4. The Warranty does not cover any software by third party manufacturers or vendors, that is installed on the device under repair and delivered along with the device to VDarts.
  5. The Warranty does not cover: Mechanical or elctric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage, or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device;
    Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors;
    The device that has been tempered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in anyway, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments;
    The activities specified in the operation manual, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer in his own capacity and at his own expense;
    Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials;
    Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge;
    Defective functioning of the device caused by a conflict or incompatibility between software applications installed on the damaged device or on the equipment, which the device permanently cooperates with in accordance with the intended purpose of the device.

Cornilleau 10 Years Warranty on Outdoor Table Tennis Table

Cornilleau guarantees its tables against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years and this guarantee is extended to 10 years for outdoor tables. This warranty covers all components with the exception of wearing parts such as wheels, the net and net posts. All our tables are manufactured in accordance with the European Safety Standard EN 14468. In order to ensure the highest level of safety, Cornilleau has positioned itself well above this standard.
THE GUARANTEE

10 year guarantee – 2016 onwards

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase and covers all table parts (except for wheels, posts and nets). We guarantee the outdoor tops against any distortion, peeling or fading of the white lines.

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase. We guarantee the outdoor tops against any distortion, peeling or fading of the white lines. All other parts are guaranteed for 3 years (see below).

3 year guarantee

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase for both indoor and outdoor tables.

The guarantee is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our customer service team and is not applicable in case of damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear.
Incorrect assembly.
Lack of maintenance.
Use of corrosive products for maintenance.
If the safety and user guidelines haven't been followed correctly.
If the table collapses due to strong wind in a folded position.
If the table has been put upside down or carried alone.
Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the table.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Use of Guarantee – Please send us an inquiry by email describing the defect and stating the full reference and serial number of the table (located on the top right corner underside the tabletop). Please provide pictures of the damage, serial and reference number and purchasing history.


Stern Pinball Care

Stern Care by TPT is a service package granting a warranty extension and a full year of service coverage.
What does it include?

With Stern Pinball Care by TPT you will benefit a 90 days warranty extension and one year of service and technical support including the following:

Game code updates.
Software malfunction assistance.
Hardware malfunction (playfield lighting, ball mechanism, flippers and/or other parts).

How much does Stern Pinball Care by TPT cost?

Stern Care by TPT costs 15’000THB per year per machine, applicable for Stern Pinball machines purchased at TPT only.
Terms & Conditions:

Stern Care can be purchased upon buying a Stern Pinball or within 30 days after the Stern Pinball Machine delivery.
Stern Care will be activated 90 days after the delivery as an extension of Stern Pinball warranty.
Transport charges may apply for places located over 100km from any of our Showroom in Bangkok, Phuket or Samui.
Stern Care does not cover damages caused by negligence.
Use of Non-Stern Pinball Inc Parts or Modifications of game circuitry may adversely affect game play or game safety.
Part substitutions and equipment modifications by any party other than Thailand Pool Tables are not recommended and will void the warranty and this Stern Care Agreement with no refund.
This Service can be renewed on yearly basis.
This Service is non refundable under any circumstance.
